The Agent Marketing Program

A rotating menu of on-site events that gives every agent a reason to stay, refer, and keep hanging their license here — at little to no cost to your office.

Event 01 — Foundational

Headshot Day

One day on-site. Every agent leaves with a professional headshot that actually looks like them on their best day — for MLS, socials, business cards, and the roster page.

What The Brokerage Gets

  • A unified, professional look across the entire agent roster.
  • A visible signal to your roster that this office invests in agents — the kind of perk that shows up in recruiting conversations and gives agents one more reason to stay.
  • Zero setup work — Bos Images brings lighting, backdrop, and full run-of-show.

What Agents Get

  • A polished, on-brand headshot in under 10 minutes of their day.
  • Multiple looks/poses to choose from — not one forced shot.
  • Fast turnaround so it's ready for their next listing push.
Duration
4–6 hours on-site
Per-Agent Time
~8–10 min slot
Capacity
~30–40 agents/day

Payment Flexibility

This event can run under any of the four Bos Images payment models — brokerage-billed-to-agent, brokerage-paid-in-full as a perk, agent-pays-on-site, or affiliate-sponsored.

Event 02 — Content Engine

Office Reel Day

Not another "why choose our office" video. Agents pick a category, film for about 10 minutes, and get a polished, ready-to-use reel back within 24 hours — theirs to post whenever it fits their own content calendar, not the brokerage's.

What The Brokerage Gets

  • A growing library of professional content flowing out from every agent's own page over time — no same-day coordination required, just real content agents actually use.
  • A low-cost, high-turnout event that keeps agents engaged without straining your office's budget or your own time planning it.

What Agents Get

  • A finished, edited reel in 24 hours — no filming skill, no editing, no camera anxiety. Theirs to post on their own schedule.
  • A content category that fits their actual social strategy, not a script about the office.
  • Real, on-camera reps in a low-pressure setting — the more often they do this, the more natural and confident they get.

Pick A Category

A
Location Spotlight
Neighborhood spotlight, local top 10, or hidden gem — Tampa, St Pete, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, New Port Richey & more.
B
Evergreen Topic
Myth bust, market stat drop, quick tip, or rapid Q&A — templated graphics, no location needed, ready fastest.

$35 Per Agent

Low enough that it's not a budget conversation — any agent on the roster can say yes on the spot, no approval needed.

Event 03 — Live Listing Activation

Broker's Open Reel

Bos Images embeds inside an actual broker's open house. Every agent who walks through gets filmed on the spot — turning one live listing into a wave of content from a whole roster of agents.

What The Brokerage Gets

  • Maximum exposure for the listing agent's property — dozens of agents posting the same address from different angles same day.
  • A built-in reason for stronger broker's open turnout ("come get filmed" beats "come look around").
  • Direct tie-in to a live deal — content that helps that specific listing sell faster, not just brand-building for its own sake.

What Agents Get

  • A content clip tied to a real, active listing — more useful than a generic talking-head video.
  • A natural, low-pressure way to be on camera without organizing anything themselves.
  • Visibility alongside the listing agent — good will and reciprocity inside the office.
Duration

Because this ties directly to a live listing, affiliate sponsorship (lenders, title companies tied to the deal) is often the strongest fit here — but brokerage-paid and agent-billed models work too.

Event 04 — Education Series

Social Media Class

A no-fluff session on what's actually working on social right now — and how to shoot it like a pro instead of a passerby. Scales from a quick lunch hit to a full workshop.

Duration
15 or 30 min
Format
Lunch & Learn
Price
Complimentary

Quick Hit — 15 Min

  • Top 3 platform/algorithm shifts agents need to know
  • The one habit that separates growing accounts from stalled ones
  • 3 gear upgrades under $100 that fix 90% of "amateur" content

Full Session — 30 Min

  • Everything from the 15-minute version
  • Platform-by-platform strategy: Reels/TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn
  • Live gear demo: phone setup, audio, lighting, framing
Worth Knowing

Agents leave with real, usable skills and more confidence on camera — a genuine perk that costs the brokerage nothing but a lunch slot. It's the kind of support that shows up in "why I stayed" conversations, not just recruiting pitches.

Event 05 — Builder Partnership

New Community Content Day

Hosted on-site at a new construction community — model homes and amenities become the backdrop for agent content, and the brokerage becomes the name buyers hear first in that neighborhood.

What The Brokerage Gets

  • Positioning as the preferred brokerage for that community.
  • A stronger, more visible relationship with the builder.
  • A repeatable event trigger: every model home opening or phase release gives your brokerage another reason to stay the visible, trusted name in that community.

What Agents Get

  • Same fast, templated content model as Office Reel Day — filmed in ~10 min, ready in 24-48 hours.
  • Content built around an active new-construction community.
  • A natural, low-pressure reason to build a relationship with the builder's sales team directly.
Duration

This event fits especially well under the affiliate-sponsor model — a builder covering the cost in exchange for co-branded content is a natural extension of their own marketing budget.

A 6-Month Rollout

One event on-site every month — never the same offer twice in a row. Here's a sample schedule for how the rotation might look for your office.

Quarter 1 — Foundation
Month 1
Headshot Day
The easiest first yes. Gets the whole roster professionally photographed and gives every agent an immediate, tangible perk.
Month 2
Office Reel Day
Low-cost, high-turnout content event. Agents leave with a real, usable reel — momentum builds fast.
Month 3
Social Media Class
Full 30-min session. Gives agents real, usable skills and signals that this office genuinely invests in its agents' growth.
Quarter 2 — Momentum
Month 4
Broker's Open Reel
Tied to a live listing — the event most directly connected to a closing. Works best once trust is already established.
Month 5
New Community Content Day
If the brokerage has an active builder relationship, this is where it activates. If not, substitute a second Office Reel Day.
Month 6
Headshot Day (Refresh)
Closes the loop and catches any agents who joined the roster since Month 1 — a natural, recurring re-entry point.

Note: Month 5 assumes an active builder partnership. Not every brokerage will have one in place — swap in any other event from the menu without breaking the no-repeat-in-a-row rule. The cycle then repeats each quarter, rotating which event leads.
